About the Job

Plan and create effective content that supports sales and marketing campaign on digital platforms; closely work with sales and design departments to implement our marketing, advertising and promotion activities.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • In charge of creating content for cosmetic category.
  • Plan and implement content that includes Social content and advertising content on all requested media platforms and E-commerce content.
  • Use data and analytics to brainstorm and guide content decisions.
  • Write creative ad copies for online marketing campaigns (Facebook), promotional emails, and display ad banners.
  • Manage social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create numerous banner/SIS/Landing page content on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Social Sales,.. etc) every week.
  • Publishes, copy edits and digitally optimizes sale and product content for E-commerce according to the sales and marketing plan.
  • Do content brief and deliver feedbacks to design department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
  • Edit content produced by other members of the team.
  • Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web/e-commerce, social media trends, and business/industry trends.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

 

 

Essential Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor Degree.
  • English: Business level.
  • At least 2 years of strong digital content writing experience on variety of digital platforms including social content, website content, e-commerce content, and advertising content.
  • Demonstrate experience and interest in creating commerce content for users along all stages of their purchasing journey (from browsing to researching and making a purchase).
  • Interested in online shopping and very familiar with ecommerce website and product offerings.
  • A strong writer who enjoys coming up with creative opportunities to generate sales.
  • Able to write compelling headlines that drive high engagement/page views.
  • Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences. An effective writing style that is fresh, consistent and customer friendly.
  • Must be able to research, conceptualize, and write compelling and SEO friendly content.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and matrixed organization.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
