1) 수행 업무
[스킨케어 제품개발]
① 스킨케어 제형 연구 및 제품 개발
-시장 및 기술 트렌드를 기반으로 한 혁신적인 스킨케어 제형 연구 및 제품 개발
② 글로벌 타겟 상품 기획 및 개발
-글로벌 고객 니즈 기반의 스킨케어 기술 차별화, 글로벌 기술 네트워크를 활용한 제품 개발
③ 차별화된 스킨케어 기술 개발
-최신 연구 및 기술 동향을 반영하여 새로운 스킨케어 유형 및 더마 카테고리 제품 개발
2) 자격 요건
① 졸업 요건
- 석사 이상 기졸업자 또는 2026년 2월 이전 졸업예정자
② 어학 성적
- 영어 말하기(OPIc, TOEIC speaking 등 기타 영어말하기) 성적 제출
- 어학 성적은 최근 2년간 응시 및 결과가 나온 성적만 유효 (2023.10.20 ~ 2025.10.19)
※ 어학 성적은 반드시 제출하여야 하며, 해외대학(4년제 이상)학교 졸업자/졸업예정자는 필수 제출 사항이 아닙니다.

4. 제출 서류

5. 전형 단계
1) [석사] 서류전형 → AI역량검사/영어면접(온라인) → 1차면접(11월) → 연구과제 PT(11월 중)→ Culture Fit면접/2차면접(12월) → 최종합격(26년 1월 입사 예정)
2) 모든 전형 단계 진행은 서류 합격자에 한하여 개별적으로 이메일 발송됩니다.

[Skincare Product Development]
① Skincare Formulation Research & Product Development
-Conduct innovative skincare formulation research and develop products based on market and technology trends
② Global Target Product Planning & Development
-Plan and develop skincare products tailored to global customer needs, leveraging differentiated technologies and global R&D networks
③ Advanced Skincare Technology Development
-Leverage cutting-edge research and technological advancements to innovate skincare formats and develop products in the derma category
2) Qualification requirements
① Graduation Requirements
- Master’s degree holders or expected graduation by February 2026
② Language grades
- Submission of English speaking test scores (e.g., OPIc, TOEIC Speaking) is mandatory
*Only scores taken within the past two years (from October 20, 2023 to October 19, 2025) are valid
*English speaking test scores are not required for graduates or expected graduates of overseas universities
③ Major
- STEM and science majors not specified

3) Preferred Qualifications

4. Submission
1) Every evidential document must be submitted through recruiting online website, and if the information provided is proved to be false, the application may be canceled.
2) Notice of Return of Recruitment Documents
- All applicants (except the final successful candidates) can request the return of the previously submitted documents to the company.
- In preparation for the applicant's request for return, documents will be kept within 30 days after the final announcement date, and will be destroyed after the return period under the Personal Information Protection Act.
- For applicant who intends to request the return of documents, should fill out a request for return of employment documents (attached Form 3 of the Enforcement Rule of the Act on Fair Employment Procedures) and submit by e-mail. 5. Recruitment process
1)Document Screening → AI competency test/English interview(Online)(October) → 1st Interview(November) → Research Project PT (November) → Culture-Fit Interview/2nd Interview(December) → Join in January, 2026
2) All screening steps will be emailed separately to successful applicants only.
3) Successful applicants must be able to participate in 4 weeks internship. (Expected November~December)
4) The above schedule can be changed due to company circumstances.
