We are seeking a proactive and strategic Senior CRM Executive to lead CRM initiatives that drive customer growth, engagement, and retention. In this role, you will manage and expand our customer database through targeted recruitment and activation campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that align with both HQ guidelines and local market needs, while continuously analyzing customer data to optimize program effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of customer behavior, loyalty programs, and market trends, and is capable of adapting strategies to meet evolving customer expectations and business goals.
Responsibilities
- CRM Campaign Execution
- Execute monthly CRM communications via eDM, SMS, and app push notifications.
- Set up promotions in the POS system and troubleshoot membership-related issues.
- Extract, compile, and update customer data for reporting and analysis. - Customer Engagement & Loyalty
- Plan and implement CRM strategies to retain and acquire customers.
- Manage CRM programs, campaigns, and budgets for loyalty activities.
- Evaluate and enhance membership programs to increase engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide customer service support and manage CS email inquiries, feedback, and complaints. - Market & Trend Analysis
- Analyze market and competitor trends to introduce new rewards and benefits.
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in in-store promotions and activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals. - Other Duties
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM or Marketing; retail or FMCG background preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable with strong analytical skills.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience collaborating on email design is an advantage.
